Cleanup GpxTrackWriter

- remove xml-stylesheet (not used)
- remove the "<number>" tag (do not want to expose internally used track id)
- add <metadata> for name and description
- change the text for the "creator" attribute
- change KmlTrackWriter to use FileUtils.FILE_TIMESTAMP_FORMAT
