Use a dialog for the welcome page. Thus the startup sequence
consists of three dialogs. Rename to HelpActivity. Fix activity button styles. Reuse EulaDialogFragment when invoked from the AboutDialogFragment. Only hide the title bar on the TrackDetailPage.
