Add action item icons for

Browse Source 
- record_track
- stop_recording
- search
- settings
- help

Note that the record_track icon is a temporary placeholder until the
actual icon is available.

Change AndroidManifest so that splitActionBarWhenNarrow is
not applied to all activities in the application.

Rename menu strings so they are more consistent.
