Subject: [PATCH] Launcher icon was sometimes incorrectly scaled (e.g.,
 kvaesitso). Use same icon as OSMDashboard for launcher (w/o background).

This time, we re-add the proper icon (white) for the reproducible builds.

Fixes #2108.
