Rodrigo Damazio 2c923470f8 Removing service calls which were just delegates to the provider utils. 
These weren't used anywhere, and this change makes a more clear separation between dealing with track data and dealing with the recording service.

Reverted .classpath.  (Oops)
Moved move the old strings from arrays.xml to strings.xml.
Created sensor_type_options string for "None" for language support.
