Dennis Guse 4893a2b743 Added cycling speed sensor. 
Fixed speed and cadence computation.
Fixed that a sensor change in settings resulted in a disconnect for all connected sensors.

Dennis Guse ddb17f61cb Bluetooth LE: implemented cycling cadence and speed sensors. 
Cadence is working while speed still requires the wheel size.

Dennis Guse 32070a0bd6 Use java.time instead of custom code for parsing (requires API 26+). 
This is a functional change on API26+ as a timezone identifier is required.
