Dennis Guse 35e6ca7528 Bugfix: PublicAPI stop should not start TrackRecordingService in foreground. 
Actually, TrackRecordingService will only be start in foreground if needed.

Peter Hercek faf31fde13 more compact Y-axis markers in charts 
If there is enough vertical space around each Y-axis marker then draw
 them in two lines to free more horizontal space for the chart itself.
