Use "1000.0" when getting a double by dividing by 1000.

Fixing some search issues caught by the tests:
...
- if the results contained a track and a waypoint with the same ID, one would be missing from results
- disregarding very old timestamps
- Moved lowercasing of the query inside the search engine

inputs are valid.
- In ChooseMapAsyncTask, close the GDataParser in the finally block.
- In SendFusionTablesAsyncTask, check that a segment has more than 2
points and that the segment stop time is set in prepareTrackSegment.

Also fixed the following:
in uploadAllTrackPoints, introduce a "readCount" variable
rather than using the zero based index "i".
in prepareAndUploadPoints, add a lastBatch parameter
so can include the (Part 1) marker if there is more than
one segment.
in prepareTrackSegment, set a new segment's stop time
to the last location's time.
