Jimmy Shih 43cf0659fd Add support to choose the ISO 8601 date format as the default track name. 
Note using the "yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm" format so it is readable
for users. However, the colon, ":", is not a valid
FAT32 filename character. So when saving to the SD card,
the filename becomes "yyyy-MM-dd HH_mm".

Jimmy Shih bb989dbc4c Fix file sanitization so that it supports unicode characters. 
Replace invalid characters with "_" to make it easier to parse.

Jimmy Shih f38c4ab242 Display date and time based on phone's preferences. 
In StringsUtils, add formatDateTime, formatTime, formatElapsedTime.

Note that verified when sending to Google Docs, no longer need
to always show the hours when displaying total time and moving time.
