Dennis Guse 50bb0b14b4 Segments: database upgrade/downgrade functionality for version 30; version 29 is still used. 
This will store segment data in TrackPoint.type.
This commit will enable downgrading to previous version.

Román Martínez 8a08e7b2b5 Creates thumbnail from marker's photos for marker's list.
