IntervalsFragment/IntervalStatisticsModel refactoring: better performance with AndroidViewModel (it doesn't recreate the model every track point done anymore).
Also, it doesn't jump anymore. Fixes #669.

Performance: Keep reference to sharedPreferences.
So far, we opened the SharedPreferences very often, which is very slow; also happened in the UI thread a lot.
Fixes #642.

Intervals refactoring: added stack mode to the intervals adapter with two possibilities: stack from top and stack from bottom.
Stack from top for recorded intervals (the first lap in the top).
Stack from bottom for recording intervals (the last lap in the top).
