Dennis Guse dff5cd0088 Launcher icon was sometimes incorrectly scaled (e.g., kvaesitso). 
Use same icon as OSMDashboard for launcher (w/o background).

This time, we re-add the proper icon (white) for the reproducible builds (REALLY).
