Matthew Simmons 109d2969a5 Fix test failures by removing the need to mock TrackRecordingService. Android mock appears 
to have a problem with TRS and Context.  When it tries to mock either class, it ends up trying
(and failing) to mock DatabaseErrorHandler, which for some reason always fails.

Matthew Simmons 2d3c463bf3 Don't mock MockContext. For some reason Android Mock is unable to do it. As it happens, we 
don't really need to mock it anyway.
