Brian J. Murrell fb70486bdc Include GPS accuracy in GPX export 
Add a new "accuracy" tag to the opentracks extension as there was no
other extension providing this tag that could be found.

Dennis Guse f8afa9dbad Import/export track UUID (necessary for synchronization). 
If a track with a UUID is presented in OpenTracks, it cannot be imported again (enforced by database constraint).
Fixes #307.
