Jimmy Shih 20eec8d30a - Fix flag in My Tracks notification to update the previous notification. 
- move chart settings above settings
- remove My Tracks Importer, thus just using My Tracks
- rename to Save all to SD card...
- rename to Import from SD card

Jimmy Shih 1a23ba673c - use a dialog to insert markers with an option to open full insert screen 
- remember the last chosen marker type
- auto increment the default marker name
- fix IME option when toggling between marker type
- add more spacing between items in the editor
- rename WaypointType to WAYPOINT and STATISTICS
- rename to ListItemUtils
- remove unused appwidget_text color

Jimmy Shih 2b6309f7c1 Improve the startup sequence. 
- new welcome dialog message.
- new check units text.
- for US and UK, default to imperial.
- for fragments, fix handling of onCancel. No need
  to handle onCancel at the dialog level.

- improve layout for the map in MapFragment.
- fix text size for API level < 14.
- fix bug when inserting a statistics marker with a modified name

ArrayAdapter.addAll is only avaiable to API >= 11.
