Jimmy Shih 43cf0659fd Add support to choose the ISO 8601 date format as the default track name. 
Note using the "yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm" format so it is readable
for users. However, the colon, ":", is not a valid
FAT32 filename character. So when saving to the SD card,
the filename becomes "yyyy-MM-dd HH_mm".

Jimmy Shih bb989dbc4c Fix file sanitization so that it supports unicode characters. 
Replace invalid characters with "_" to make it easier to parse.

Jimmy Shih f38c4ab242 Display date and time based on phone's preferences. 
In StringsUtils, add formatDateTime, formatTime, formatElapsedTime.

Note that verified when sending to Google Docs, no longer need
to always show the hours when displaying total time and moving time.

"Map" and "Fusion Table" options.

- make SendType implements Parcelable so can pass it in an Intent.

Jimmy Shih 5557144728 In the ChartSettingsDialog, update whether to display speed 
or pace when calling onPrepareDialog.

Change the x_axis.png and y_axis.png to white foreground
so they show up on the black background.

Clean up chart_settings.xml
- no need to specify minWidth by placing the title
  inside a TableLayout
- align text to the bottom of the image

Jimmy Shih a17fc3efd2 Fix the display unit (metric or imperial) on ChartView both on 
first app launch and when changing the display unit.

In ChartActivity, set the default to true to match the default
in ChartView.

When display unit changes, on the UI thread, request a layout so the
axises can be redrawn.
