Jimmy Shih 1c3dd62d28 With targetSdkVersion=15, can no longer perform UI 
operation like closing network connection on
the UI thread.
Thus move operations in onPostExecute to doInBackground.

In SendFusionTablesAsyncTask, close the content after
reading the content.

In MapsGDataConverter, don't write the entire kml file
to the log.

Jimmy Shih e1a7f3c0b5 Support screen rotation for "Delete All Tracks". 
Replace DeleteAllTracks and DeleteTrack with
confirmation dialogs.

Currently, for DeleteTrack, the listener code in
repeated twice in MapActivity and TrackList. But in the
ICS design, DeleteTrack will only be available in
one place.

Jimmy Shih ddd06ea9f6 Improve ExportAllAsyncTask 
- if an error occurs, the toast should display the error messageId from
  trackWriter.getErrorMessage() if available
- when user cancels export, onPostExecute is not invoked, thus need to
  release the wake lock in doInBackground

Jimmy Shih 17c62b3996 After saving a file to the SD card, always show the result dialog. 
After the user dismisses the result dialog, play or share the
saved file if applicable.

Move FileUtils.FILE_TIMSTAMP_FORMAT to StringUtils.java
Clean up StringUtils.java
- add formatDateTimeIso8601
- add formatDistance
- add formatSpeed
- rename all methods to either formatXXX or getXXX

Jimmy Shih 81122b59ad Cleanup GpxTrackWriter 
- remove xml-stylesheet (not used)
- remove the "<number>" tag (do not want to expose internally used track id)
- add <metadata> for name and description
- change the text for the "creator" attribute
- change KmlTrackWriter to use FileUtils.FILE_TIMESTAMP_FORMAT
