Román d1957331b8 Intervals refactoring: added stack mode to the intervals adapter with two possibilities: stack from top and stack from bottom. 
Stack from top for recorded intervals (the first lap in the top).
Stack from bottom for recording intervals (the last lap in the top).

Dennis Guse 5099118dd7 Elevation gain: make it optional as Float - and if null, then the UI just shows "-". 
In TrackStatistics the elevation gain is now nullable.

Román 6533e3e170 Recording intervals received a null trackId because trackId is created in a Runnable. 
Unit changed needs refreshing the intervals.
Fixes #406.

Dennis Guse 38fadda762 Bugfix: show on map via GPX/KML/KMZ was failing. 
We were sending the trackId as intent extra (actually unused) and this trackId could not be unparceled.
Fixes #411.
