Replace robotium-solo-2.1.jar with robotium-solo-3.1.jar to make ChartActivityTest can be run in Android 4.0. Change getMyTracksLocation() in ChartActivityTest to a static method, so it can be used by other test.

ICS UI: Moving per-tab menu items to the MenuManager.

This will make more sense once tabs are fragments instead of activities.
