Revert the change to make the method getMyTracksLocation static (I'll create a new change for it). And change comments which have Javadoc warnings in some classes.

Replace robotium-solo-2.1.jar with robotium-solo-3.1.jar to make ChartActivityTest can be run in Android 4.0. Change getMyTracksLocation() in ChartActivityTest to a static method, so it can be used by other test.
