Dennis Guse 15fbd90ca4 Performance: Keep reference to sharedPreferences.

GPX: only export TrackPoints with lat/lng.
Thus, segmentation (manual/automatic) cannot be restored on import.
This also affects the TrackStatistics.

Dennis Guse 50bb0b14b4 Segments: database upgrade/downgrade functionality for version 30; version 29 is still used. 
This will store segment data in TrackPoint.type.
This commit will enable downgrading to previous version.
