Bugfix:
- Since v4.24.0, the API for transferring data to OSM Dashboard was broken.
Sadly, the changes in OpenTracks could not be reverted.
Thus, the protocol version was bumped to 3.
This requires updating OSM Dashboard to a version AFTER v6.5.7.
