Román Martínez 7f9057c519 Added profiles for custom layouts. 
Users can add severals custom layouts and select one of them in recording fragment. The last selected layout is the one that will be use in the next recording.

Dennis Guse 08ba7d50c7 Only record a TrackPoint if the traveled distance is greater than recording distance interval. 
Code seemed to be a leftover from the removed idle/non-idle functionality.

Fixed #1007.

Ristello 8079a25a42 Use an in-memory database when running instrumented tests. 
- added new TestRunner and new TestApplication
- The TestRunner loads TestApplication as the apps Application instance when running the tests
- added new interface AppConfig to retrieve the database name
- changed Startup (Application) so that it implements AppConfig
- changed CustomSQLiteOpenHelper so that it retrieves the database name from the Application instance
- Startup provides the production database name
- TestApplication provides null which yields an in-mememory database

Román Martínez d99fb5ea47 Cadence set to 0 when connected but user is not pedaling. Fixes #931. 
Speed set to 0 when connected but last value is outdated. Fixes #930.
Bug: overflow when reset sensors (cadence and speed). Fixes #833.
Moving time stops when is not moving (the last track point is not moving) and restarts when last track point is moving.

Román Martínez 9c4c8131f5 Recording stats layout customizable. 
Users can select the order, visibility and importance (primary or secondary) of all stats for recording layout from the Settings.
Also, users can select the number of columns per row in the recording layout: 1, 2 or 3.
Finally, show altitude/coordinate from settings have been removed (not needed anymore).

Dennis Guse 3030b4dfd9 Bugfix: TrackRecordingService needs to send data from lastTrackPoint in it's 1s updates. 
This also removes UI updates if a GPS measurement is received as 1s update should be sufficient.
