Rodrigo Damazio 163a73722e Fixing translation leftovers from Fusion Tables and other changes. 
The strings that need updating are commented-out, as a reference to translators.
(many other strings are simply missing, I didn't do anything about those)

Matthew Simmons de23a32c96 Write the VM's charset in the GPX file's XML header, rather than using a 
hard-coded value.  Per the Android docs, the default charset for Android is
UTF-8.

Matthew Simmons f748d76549 Move the methods which initiate the SendToDocs GData calls into their own class. 
This makes SendToDocs easier to understand and easier to test.
