Román 6533e3e170 Recording intervals received a null trackId because trackId is created in a Runnable. 
Unit changed needs refreshing the intervals.
Fixes #406.

Dennis Guse 38fadda762 Bugfix: show on map via GPX/KML/KMZ was failing. 
We were sending the trackId as intent extra (actually unused) and this trackId could not be unparceled.
Fixes #411.

Román 7a923a947e Added intervals in StatisticsRecordedFragment with distance, speed and pace for all activity types. 
Users can select the length of the interval (in a spinner with several options).
The intervals will be in km or mi depending on settings.

Peter Storch 24ff73ab06 Fix force close on stop button for older devices (#393) 
* correct thread handling in ButtonDelay

Discovered in #390 for devices with API Level 25. Not fixing the whole issue, but a first step.

* fix #390 crash when stopping for older devices

The VectorDrawable ic_button_stop.xml referenced from withing the AnimatedVectorDrawable ic_button_stop_anim.xml was a problem for older devices. Now the VectorDrawable is expanded (duplicated) inside the AnimatedVectorDrawable. Now it is working. Even with the animation.
