Reverting change that was proposed in review comments of revision 3dfdbcf78de0 for Line 39: the 0xFF bit mask is necessary as Java byte is -128 to 127, not 0 to 255.

- in ZephyrMessageParser the CRC8 now is used in isValid() and the cadence and power values are written to the SensorData objects
